Planning an event in the Fox Cities? Our Communication Arts Center facilities may be rented for university, nonprofit and private events. We recommend inquiring about your desired date as early as possible, as some recurring events are booked far in advance. Our facilities are available for short-term or long-term rental to public and private groups.
Rental Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please use the room reservation request form to secure your rental.

Fox Cities campus classrooms, conference rooms, lecture halls, video conference rooms, student union, Emeritus room and field house may be rented for university, nonprofit and private events. We recommend inquiring about your desired date as early as possible, as some recurring events book far ahead.
