Emotional Wellness

You have a 10 page research paper due in one hour that you haven’t started, your roommate’s music is keeping you awake at night, there is a mountain of laundry on your floor, and you start to feel a cold coming on.  Sound familiar?  Stress can seem inevitable in college, but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer.  Being emotionally well means that you are able to recognize, accept, and effectively manage your feelings (yes, even stress!). 

As the leaves start falling and the excitement of the new school year starts to wear off, check in with yourself and your emotional wellness.
