Alcohol and Other Drugs Task Force
The UW Oshkosh AODA Task Force operates under the direction of the Dean of Students and is one of several initiatives on campus working to address Healthy Campus 2020 goals. The mission of the AODA Task Force is to develop comprehensive methods for the prevention and reduction of alcohol and other drug issues within the university community through education, advocacy, and collaboration.
- Develop consistent practices between UWO campuses and their communities to increase support and early intervention services for students.
- Develop and sustain environmental strategies that reduce participation in high-risk drinking occasions in order to minimize high-risk behaviors and negative outcomes.
- Broaden and enhance institutional engagement in alcohol and marijuana prevention and early intervention efforts.
