The Titan Femtorship Program was piloted during the 2018 spring semester. Through the program, we aim to create connections and community between two populations at UW Oshkosh: women-identified graduate students seeking a career in higher education (i.e., Educational Leadership and Policy or Student Affairs and College Counseling) and women-identified professional staff.
Successful completion of the Titan Femtorship Program will:
- create a community of current and aspiring women-identified higher education professionals at UW Oshkosh;
- increase the visibility of women-identified leaders in higher education at UW Oshkosh; and
- provide current and aspiring women-identified higher education professionals at UW Oshkosh with resources to help them envision themselves as leaders in higher education.
