Josh Hill ’16, who is working on a PhD in chemistry at the University of Wyoming, is the first author of the paper Locally Engineering and Interrogating the Photoelectrochemical Behavior of Defects in Transition Metal Dichalcogenides which was published in Journal of Physical Chemistry C. His research group studies electrochemistry, which has applications in batteries, catalysis, and solar energy conversion. Josh will be defending his PhD thesis on February 12, then moving to a postdoctoral position at the University of Arizona.
