I graduated from UW Oshkosh in 1985 with a B.S., Silver Lake College in 1996 with a M.S., and Capella University in 2013 with a Ph.D. in Education. I have been teaching various classes in health promotion, health education, and exercise science for the past 15 years. I am also a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Wellness Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Board Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). My primary areas of research include online teaching and myofascial pain.
