Working in Isolation
This policy provides a framework to ensure the safety of faculty, staff and students who work, volunteer or perform activities alone in environments where hazards are present. If you have any questions about this policy or the process, please contact the EHS Manager at OCRI@uwosh.edu.
Step One:
The supervisor or Principle Investigator completes this assessment to identify and hopefully, mitigate existing hazards Hazard Assessment Form.
Step Two:
The supervisor or Principle Investigator fills out the Working in Isolation Request Form. This signed form and the completed Hazard Assessment Form needs to be emailed to OCRI@uwosh.edu.
