My name is Emily Stoughton and I am a junior majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness. My goals are to graduate from UWO, then continue on to graduate school to fulfill my dream of becoming a Cardiac Rehab Specialist.

I chose to apply for the alternative break trip to New York City in hope of being able to volunteer at the GMHC. I plan to work at a hospital when I am older, so this will be a great experience for me and I am so excited!
