Customized Training

We can help you overcome obstacles to keep your employees current on technology and innovative practices. We will listen to your needs, identify training teams, develop a personalized curriculum and deliver it to your employees on-site or at University facilities, such as the Culver Family Welcome Center. Our services related to Customized Training include but are not limited to leadership training, conflict management and graphic design training.

Customized training project examples include:

• Help a management team develop their ethical reasoning and decision making strategies
• Help management develop and improve their coaching skills and strategies through customized training
• Help a municipality’s leadership team plan their professional development and career goals through identifying the participant’s strengths and limitations
