Classes Face to face courses will continue through alternative methods of instruction for the remainder of the spring semester and spring interim.
Online courses are still running as normal.
Events All events including campus visits and tours are cancelled until further notice.

Building access across all three campuses is limited to those with keycards or keys. Click here for more information.

The Barlow Planetarium, Weis Museum are temporarily closed.

All UWO performance spaces, art galleries and child care facilities are temporarily closed.

Employees Only employees needed to deliver necessary campus services that cannot be completed through telecommuting will physically remain on UWO’s campuses.

Student Employees Student employees may continue working with supervisor approval. Students should be excused from their on-campus job if they are leaving the area to go to their permanent residence.
Research On-campus research will continue only for faculty and instructional staff who have requested and received permission from their dean to use their office/lab space on the campuses.
Voting

The Reeve Union polling location has been moved to St. John’s Church at 808 N. Main Street. 

Voter registration in Wisconsin has been extended until March 30. Learn more and register to vote here.

Wisconsin is highly encouraging voters to vote absentee. Request an absentee ballot by April 2nd and deliver or mail it to the City Clerk’s Office by April 7.

Open with modified hours or services

Note: With the exceptions listed below, all buildings on all three UW Oshkosh campuses are locked. Do not travel to any UW Oshkosh campus building without prior authorization. Employees who need keycard access may fill out our keycard access form.

Dining Services Blackhawk Commons remains opens open with limited services. Services are only available to resident students who are on a meal plan.
Postal Services Pickup services at the Oshkosh campus are suspended for all employees except for Finance and Administration staff.  Mail and package delivery services on the Fond du Lac and Fox Cities campuses will be very limited.
Receiving Services Operating only on Wednesdays, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Deliveries are suspended.
Document Services Operating only on Wednesdays as needed. To submit print jobs, use NowPrint and send an email to docserv@uwosh.edu. Individuals will be notified when a print job is completed. Deliveries are suspended.
Student Health Center Open Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 9 a.m.–3 p.m., Tues 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

Alta Resources Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Virtual consulting is available for students and clients.
Career and Professional Development Students can self-schedule appointments on Handshake to meet with an advisor via phone or video chat.
Resumes submitted via VMock and Handshake will still be reviewed.
The Career Closet is closed until further notice.

All refund checks will be mailed to the home address until normal campus operations resume.
Center for Academic Resources One-to-one and small group tutoring will be available online. Contact your tutor via email to sign up.
Supplemental Instruction sessions will take place virtually. Links to online sessions will be sent to students in their respective courses.
