It’s a big weekend ahead for University of Wisconsin Oshkosh musical performances.

The pandemic has rendered big musical weekends a little different than in the past, of course. The three performances on tap Thursday through Sunday will be streamed live on YouTube from the music hall. There will be no in-person audiences at the concerts and the livestreams will be viewable only while the event takes places.

On Thursday, the UW Oshkosh Handbell Choir performs at 7 p.m. under the direction of Leigh-Ann Lethco. Here is the YouTube stream and here is the program.

On Sunday, the UWO Choirs perform at 3 p.m. under the direction of Paul Mayhew. Here is the YouTube stream and here is the program.

Then at 7 p.m. Sunday, UWO Bands perform under the direction of Devin Otto. Here is the YouTube stream. The program is not yet available.

Those who would like to donate to the UWO music scholarship fund in lieu of the ticket price can visit the UW Oshkosh Foundation donation site. Choose “Other” as the designation and write in “Music Scholarship Fund.” Donations also can be made by calling (920) 424-2178.
