Connection to the University
For more than 40 years, CCDET has been a strategic partner to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh to offer customized and cost-effective services to local, state and federal organizations. We are a department within the University and receive ancillary services that support our team and delivery of our services.
We are funded by grants and fees paid by our clients for our services.
Our name changed from the Center for Career Development and Employability Training to the Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training to reinforce our mission of delivering these high-quality services to our clients.
Our Staff
We employ the industry’s top strategic talent who will bring a wealth of expertise to your project. They are creative, experienced professionals with the knowledge and capabilities to develop new approaches, modify existing strategies and provide services to meet your unique needs.
Our team members are located throughout Wisconsin, working from UW Oshkosh, home-based offices and contracted locations to provide customized services.
CCDET is led by our executive director, Kim Stuyvenberg. She offers expertise in business management, supervision, financial management and project management.
Who We Serve
Our clients, located throughout Wisconsin, are government agencies, non-profit organizations and private businesses. Because CCDET is part of a state entity, other government agencies within the state of Wisconsin do not have to go through a formal RFP process to use our services.
