2023 Homecoming Performance

Join the Titan Thunder Marching Band for Homecoming 2023!
COME PLAY WITH US
All UWO musicians—alumni, faculty, staff and current students—are invited to take part in a special on-field halftime celebration on Saturday, Oct. 28, at the homecoming football game vs UW-Stevens Point.
The “Homecoming Band” will meet at Titan Stadium from 9:30-10:30 a.m. to rehearse the halftime music and new fight song in a standing formation. Please sign up by Sunday, Oct. 15 to participate in this special event.
MUSIC
Choose the music that fits your playing comfort level. Titan Thunder Marching Band and simplified arrangements will be available this fall.
INSTRUMENTS
While participants are encouraged to use their own instruments when possible, the TTMB has a limited stock of instruments, color guard flags, and twirling batons available for this special performance.
LYRES
Lyres will be provided with UWO instruments. Players of personal instruments should procure a lyre if needed by contacting their local music store or online (Guitar Center, JWPepper, Amazon).
Participants would still need to purchase a game day ticket.Parking options and other logistics will be provided later to registrants.
GAME DAY SCHEDULE
Saturday, Oct. 28, at the homecoming football game vs UW-Stevens Point.
9:30-10:30 a.m. Rehearsal
Meet at Titan Stadium to rehearse the halftime music and new fight song in a standing formation.
12:15 p.m Titan March
Watch the Titan Thunder Marching Band as they escort the Titans along Rush Ave. and Josslyn St. from the new Titan Athletic Bands Center to J.J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium.
1:15 p.m. Pregame Performance
1:35 p.m. Kickoff

Printed copies will be provided on game day.
Simple parts/routines will be taught to percussion, color guard, and twirler participants at the 9:30 a.m. rehearsal.
