Subject:      Strong Armed Robbery 800 Block Elmwood

The Oshkosh Police Department and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Police are investigating a strong armed robbery that occurred on November 14, 2017 at approximately 9:30 PM in the 800 Block of Elmwood Avenue in the City of Oshkosh.

A 19 year old male University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh student reported that at approximately 9:30 PM on November 14^th, two males wearing hooded sweatshirts approached him. He stated that both males were carrying duffle bags with over the shoulder straps. He stated that they may have had a weapon and that they took several personal belongings from him. The victim reported no injuries. The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Police Department issued a Titan Alert.
