The water main work in W. Lincoln Avenue from Elmwood Avenue to Jackson Street has been completed. Sanitary Sewer work is underway and is expected to continue through next week on W Lincoln from Elmwood Avenue to Jackson Street. A second crew will begin the water and sanitary laterals to properties along the same route. It is anticipated that the storm sewer work will begin the second week of July.

All work in McKinley Street is not anticipated to begin until the second week of July.

As the project continues, please note that key intersections and pathways around campus are impacted at various stages of the work. Caution is advised at all intersections along W. Lincoln, Scott and McKinley streets, as construction equipment will continue to go in and out of the area.

The No. 2 Bus route that travels along Jackson is not expected to be affected by construction. You can always find details in the GO Transit app or on Go Transit’s Facebook page.
