Dan is the Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Executive Director of the Alta Resources Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at UW Oshkosh. He also serves as a Faculty Advisor for the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Dan has been integral in the development of dozens of student ventures through the award-winning startup programming and education offered by the CEI.

Dan is actively involved with many entrepreneurial support organizations, including the NEW Launch Alliance, IGNITE! Fond du Lac, Startup Wisconsin, and The Fox Connection. Prior to his role at UW Oshkosh, Dan co-founded technology startups that operated in the EdTech and InsureTech industries.

When he’s not working, Dan is involved with community events and professional business organizations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports, working on “side hustles”, and spending time with family.

Megan is the UW Oshkosh Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program Manager. She also serves as a Faculty Advisor for the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Megan has extensive background in entrepreneurship both through involvement with entrepreneurial support organizations in Milwaukee and her own startup ventures.

Prior to her role at UW Oshkosh, Megan worked in aviation program management, marketing, solar sales, and assisted in the management of a water technology startup accelerator program.

When she’s not working, Megan likes to stay active and always be learning. She holds a Sport Pilot Certificate and enjoys outdoor activities, especially rock climbing, backpacking, and biking.
