Internships

Instructions:

1.  Meet with your Sociology advisor.  Your advisor is listed on your Student Services Center in        TitanWeb.  Your advisor will discuss the details of your internship with you and discuss the number of credits.

2.  Complete the Sociology Internship Agreement.

3.  Complete the Registrar’s Office form Internships/Research/Thesis Class Registration Form.  This        is an online form and is available at https://uwosh.edu/registrar/students/forms/

4.  Additional information you may need to complete the Registrar’s Office form:

a.  Class Subject:  Sociology

b.  3-digit Catalog Number:  467

c.  Term:  Fall or Spring

d.  Session:  14 week

e.  Cumulative GPA:  TitanWeb > Student Center > My Academics
