Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence
The Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence (ASIE) is dedicated to the academic growth and personal development of UW Oshkosh students including structurally excluded groups comprising first-generation, low-income, students of color, women, and LGBTQ+ students.
Advocacy for all students
ASIE aims to empower and inform students, faculty, staff and the broader community to create an equitable, diverse and inclusive campus climate through outreach initiatives, educational programming, leadership opportunities and multicultural events.

UW Oshkosh is home to more than 1,300 students of color—all of whom are considered a part of ASIE.
of UWO students are the first in their family to go to college. ASIE provides support and guidance for these students to be successful in higher education.
UW Oshkosh has 14 diversity and inclusion-centered student organizations.
Working with the Titan Advantage Program (TAP) has given me the opportunity to see that the future is whatever we make of it. TAP has shown me what it looks like to see people who look like me in leadership positions and how I can get there.
