The Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence (ASIE) is dedicated to the academic growth and personal development of UW Oshkosh students comprising first-generation, low-income, students of color, women, and LGBTQ+ students.
Advocacy for all students
ASIE aims to empower and inform students, faculty, staff and the broader community to create an equitable, diverse and inclusive campus climate through outreach initiatives, educational programming, leadership opportunities and multicultural events.
UW Oshkosh is home to more than 1,500 students of color—all of whom are considered a part of ASIE.

of UWO students are the first in their family to go to college. ASIE provides support and guidance for these students to be successful in higher education.
ASIE students who are Students with Outstanding Academic Recognition (S.O.A.R.) scholars.
UW Oshkosh has 10 diversity and inclusion-centered student organizations.
