Commuter Student Permits
Commuter student permits are available at a cost of $300/year or $160/semester and are valid 6 a.m. – midnight. Permit-holders have the option to add additional vehicles to the permit. At no time are the primary and any secondary/subsequent vehicle(s) allowed to be used on campus at the same time. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a $30 ticket for each vehicle.

All employee/commuter/visitor lots are closed midnight – 6 a.m. Vehicles parked in employee/commuter/visitor lots after midnight may be ticketed and towed.
Commuter students who have a valid parking permit and are working in the Halsey computer lab midnight – 6 a.m. may park in Lot 17 (located on Scott Ave.) by calling Parking Services at (920) 424-4455 and leaving their name, license plate number, vehicle make and color, as well as the date and time.
Students without a valid parking permit may also park in Lot 17 to use the Halsey computer lab midnight – 6 a.m. They must call Parking Services at (920) 424-4455 and leave the information noted above. A $3 parking permit fee will be accessed and must be paid to Parking Services (located in the lower level of Blackhawk Commons) within 24 hours of the phone message.
Any other commuter student required to park on campus after midnight Monday through Thursday should contact Parking Services to make arrangements.
If you purchased a long-term (semester or annual) permit and no longer will be using your permit, you must contact the Parking Services office by email at email@example.com to cancel your permit. We will prorate the permit based on the date we are notified via your email message of the permit cancellation. We will process it for a refund, as appropriate.
