The Reading and Study Skills Center offers several types of presentations and workshops for students, classroom instructors, and campus groups from September through May.

Academic Success Workshops

Academic Success workshops are advertised to the campus community several times a semester, particularly in conjunction with Early Alert and final exam week. LEARN MORE

Student / Campus Organization Group Presentations

Schedules permitting, Reading and Study Skills Center staff offer 45-minute to one-hour presentations or workshops on a variety of reading and/or study strategy topics, such as time management, test preparation/test taking and active learning strategies. Test Preparation Workshops

Test preparation workshops for students taking high-stakes entrance exams, such as the Test of Essential Skills (TEAS) and Foundations of Reading Test (FoRT). LEARN MORE
