Dr. Frie teaches one of the Quest III courses: Culture and Health. This course discusses the intersections of culture, health, and sustainability globally. The focus is on educating students about current issues and also engaging them in creative, civic-minded solutions, particularly through their community experience at the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry.
