Learn to understand, apply, and manage a range of renewable energy projects for organizations and businesses.

Required Courses: 3- 7 cr.

  • ES 102: Intro to Sustainability or EGRT 113: Building a Sust. World (4 cr) 
  • ES 400: Certificate Capstone/Placement (0-3 cr; can be taken for 0 credits if student has an appropriate 1-3 credit internship/placement within their major). 

 

Additional Required Courses:

(6 cr., from 2 different departments): Sustainability Communications

  • EGRT 360: Project Management (3 cr), AND   

  • EGRT 375: Renewable Energy (3 cr)  

Sustainability & Renewable Energy Learning Outcomes: 

  • Understand a range of renewable energy technologies,

  • Apply appropriate renewable energy technologies for specific applications, and

  • Manage renewable energy projects for organizations.
