“Game Time Sports Bar in Oshkosh was brought to life through equal parts misfortune, vision and drive. Much like how many great sports teams make their mark. A few sports enthusiasts, Las Vegas loving guys came together and purchased an existing bar with the low expectation of just keeping its doors open. But then a pandemic and a fire in the bar’s above apartment changed everything. A complete renovation was necessary and Game Time was born. After a very long renovation period, due to delays, COVID-19 and the economy, we re-opened our doors in February of 2022.
Game Time Sports Bar now serves up a side of sports with breakfast, lunch and dinner! Our mission is to provide a space to celebrate local, collegiate and professional athletes. Cheering alongside them in their achievements and milestones. With less than a year of business under our belts, we are seeing growth in our customer base and popularity in our Friday Night Fish Frys. Our long-term goals are to be ‘the place’ for athletic inspired celebrations and with several of the owners being UW Oshkosh alumni, seeing UWO student-athletes and athletic staff inside our walls is the ultimate goal. Having a little corner carved out in our city and sharing our love of sports with others is why we are proud to own Game Time Sports Bar.”
