UWO-Fox Cities Tutoring

CAR will offer in-person and online tutoring during the Spring 2023 semester.

How to find a tutor:

  • Tutoring appointments will be scheduled through Navigate starting Spring 2023.
  • Please use the link below to schedule your appointment.
  • The link will be made available the first week of Spring Semester
  • The courses listed below are the typical courses supported by CAR, but does not guarantee tutor availability.
  • CAR recommends you begin tutoring early in the semester to gain the most benefit.
  • All tutoring sessions meet in Room 1811 or online.
  • If you want to schedule regular weekly appointments with a tutor, you can arrange that during your first tutoring session.

How to schedule a tutoring appointment:

  • Login into Navigate using the link below.
  • Click on “Appointments”.
  • Click on “Schedule an Appointment”.
  • Choose “Tutoring”.
  • Choose “Tutoring Appointment”.
  • Select the course you would like tutoring for.
  • Pick a day and time you would like the appointment for.
  • Review the appointment on the next page to confirm everything is correct.
  • Review the “Details” section for any instructions from the tutor to prepare for the appointment.
  • You can include any information you would like your tutor to know ahead of time.
  • Click or tap the “Schedule” button.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as well as a reminder email the day before your appointment.
  • If you want to schedule regular weekly appointments with a tutor, you can arrange that during your first tutoring session.
