Outstanding Alumni

Rob Kleman

Rob Kleman received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business Administration in 1987. He was honored as the outstanding alumnus in 2023. 

Rob serves as the President & CEO for the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce and is responsible for legislative and government affairs, public policy, marketing, budget and finance, strategic planning, community and economic development, program and membership development, and public relations.   

Kleman has also been involved in various professional organizations and community activities. A few highlights include serving as past president of the Northeast Wisconsin Regional Economic Partnership (NEWREP) and Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA), past Board and Executive Committee member of New North, Inc., and past Chair and Board member of the League of Titans. Kleman is also a founding member of Angels on the Water and Amplify Oshkosh and is a founding/current member of the Waterfest Concert Series Board of Directors.
