Outstanding Alumni


Tim Greinert

Tim Greinert received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business Administration in 1985. Greinert was honored as the outstanding alumnus in 2013.

As executive vice president and chief operations officer for Junior Achievement USA, Greinert is responsible for a network of 102 field operation offices and manages the strategic direction for the organization. During his tenure with Junior Achievement, which began in 1985, Greinert has held a variety of local, regional and national roles, including serving 14 years as president of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, where the chapter earned national recognition for its operational effectiveness, and he received recognition as the organization’s top field professional. Greinert also served as chief development officer for Junior Achievement USA, leading the organization to record operating revenue.

During his career, Greinert has served in a number of community leadership roles including the Wisconsin Governor’s Financial Literacy Council, Carroll University College of Business Advisory Board, Inspire Milwaukee and several other youth development initiatives.

Greinert resides in Cedarburg, Wis., with his wife, Tina, and is the father of three children, Marissa, Allison and Josh (a 2017 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh).
