Peter Emenecker

Peter Emenecker is an established executive leader based in Neenah, Wisconsin. His educational foundation began at St. Norbert College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology in 1986. He furthered his education at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, securing an MBA with a focus on Finance in 1994. Emenecker was honored as the outstanding alumnus in 1994.  

The knowledge and skills garnered from his academic pursuits set the stage for a distinguished career marked by impactful leadership. At Centracor, Inc., his transformative efforts led the company to grow from $2MM to $15MM in annual revenues. This significant achievement early in his career laid the foundation for his many successes in varied sectors, including Dynamic Drinkware and Summer Industries, where he displayed his talent for driving manufacturing excellence and business expansion.

Emenecker’s expertise spans sustainable profitability, business transformation, multi-site management, and the implementation of LEAN principles. He has a consistent track record of pinpointing operational inefficiencies and deploying strategic solutions. Outside of business, his passion for Okinawan karate adds a unique discipline and perspective to his leadership style.

Currently, as the owner and president of Paper Dimensions, Emenecker continues to shape the manufacturing sector, merging seasoned experience with forward-thinking innovation.
