Technology and Engineering Education

This four year 120 credit bachelors degree program merges the strengths and expertise from two institutions Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) and UW Oshkosh. Students enroll at FVTC for the first two years and complete general education courses and specific technology content courses in construction, transportation, engineering/manufacturing and communication/information technology. Students then transfer to UW Oshkosh in year three to complete education courses and their remaining general education courses. 

Degree: Bachelor of Science in Education
Licensure: Early Childhood through Adolescence (EC-A)
Ages: Birth to Age 21 | Grades: PK to 12

Advising

All students will be assigned advisors at Fox Valley Technical College and at UW Oshkosh. The advisors will work together to make sure every student in the Technology and Engineering Education program is advised correctly about application deadlines, course sequences and transferring credits to UW Oshkosh.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is requested for and applied to the institution where the student is taking the largest number of credits. Students pay the tuition and fees required at each institution. Students wishing to enroll in classes at both institutions in the same semester can do so but must contact the Financial Aid Offices for details on the official process.

Housing

Students can live in the dorms at UW Oshkosh while taking classes at Fox Valley Technical College.
