Welcome to the Financial Aid Office at UW Oshkosh

The mission of the Financial Aid Office is to provide current and helpful financial information to students and families in order to meet the costs associated with attending the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, regardless of financial need.  We seek to provide access to all types of financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students alike in a caring, personal, and professional manner. The UW Oshkosh Financial Aid Office takes identity security seriously.  In order to provide more thorough security for UW Oshkosh students, we have installed card readers at our front counter.  All students will be asked to swipe their student ID card in order for us to confirm whom we are serving.  When you visit the Financial Aid Office, please bring your student ID.

As of August 16, 2018 the UW Oshkosh Financial Aid Office has offered 2018-2019 aid to

             7,177 students for a total amount of

              $135,860,455 for the 2018-2019 award year

Fall 2018 Dates (9/5/2018 to 1/25/2019)

August 28, 2018 Loans, private loans (if funds received) WI grant, SEOG disburses

September 5, 2018 Fall courses begin

September 14, 2018 Full payment due if not on payment plan

September 14, 2018 First 10% due if on payment plan

September 19, 2018 Pell, AOP, Lawton, FFWS, WI Covenant disburse

October 26, 2018  Second 45% due if on payment plan

November 25, 2018 Third and Final 45% due if on payment plan
