ArtsCore Bridge Day

Bridge Day 2023 was held on October 31st and featured two interactive sessions by DJ Derrick Holt that explored the cultural impact of Hip Hop and the use of metaphors through active listening and ear gymnastics. ArtsCore Alum, Stephanie Gallagher, also gave a brief presentation on strategies for visual notetaking. Over 80 pre-service and practicing teachers attended and learned ways to use these strategies in their classrooms.
