Nonresident Student Resources 

Titans come from all over the world to study, research and grow. In order to help students from outside of the state enjoy the exceptional education opportunities available at UW Oshkosh, we offer a number of nonresident financial options.

Titan National Scholars

A four-year scholarship up to $30,300 for nonresident students with 2.6 GPA or higher.

Midwest Student Exchange Program

A tuition agreement in certain states that saves students more than $4,400 in tuition per year.

Minnesota Reciprocity

Students from Minnesota may qualify for reciprocity benefits, which significantly saves you money on out-of-state tuition.

Return to Wisconsin

A 25% waiver of nonresident tuition to children and grandchildren of UWO alumni.
