Nonresident Student Resources
Titans come from all over the world to study, research and grow. In order to help students from outside of the state enjoy the exceptional education opportunities available at UW Oshkosh, we offer a number of nonresident financial options.
Midwest Student Exchange Program
Midwest Student Exchange Program allows students to save more than $4,400 in tuition each year and includes students who are residents of Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska or North Dakota. Click here to learn more!
Titan National Scholars
This innovative and one-of-a-kind award is given to eligible students from most nonresident states. Titan National Scholars receive the incredible low-cost Wisconsin in-state tuition rate for up to 120 credits. The award can be combined with Midwest Student Exchange Program benefits up to the cost of Wisconsin in-state tuition. Click here for eligibility requirements and award details.
Students from Minnesota may qualify for reciprocity benefits, which significantly saves you money on out-of-state tuition. Tuition rates are very similar to the rates for in-state, Wisconsin tuition. Click here for more information and for the online reciprocity application.
Return to Wisconsin
The “Return to Wisconsin” tuition reduction program offers a 25% waiver of assessed nonresident tuition to children and grandchildren of UW Oshkosh graduates. Click here to learn more.
