Location in Dempsey Hall:

We are located on the first floor. When you enter from the main doors along Algoma Boulevard, proceed straight. Our office will be on your right.

Important Note for Saturday Guests:

Please note that if you are visiting on Saturday, our main office in Dempsey is closed. Your visit (presentation and tour) will start and end in Reeve Memorial Union. The phone number for this facility is (920) 424-1234.

All guests who schedule using our online form will receive follow-up information via the email that they provided on the form.

You are permitted to park in Lot 15, which is a visitor-only parking lot located next to Blackhawk Commons on Algoma Blvd. When you park, please enter the Blackhawk Commons building from the lot, go to Parking Services located downstairs, present your email to the attendant, and request a parking pass for an Admissions visit and tour. Place the parking pass on your dashboard

Parking is allowed in any staff/commuter/visitor/student lot indicated in our campus parking map. You do not need to use a pay station.

Your parking permit is only valid for the date and vehicle displayed on the permit. If you reschedule your visit, you will need a new permit.

You may not park in reserved or metered spaces. Overnight parking is prohibited.

Please note that you do NOT need a parking permit for Saturday visits.


Driving Directions

Parking Lot DirectionsThe following instructions are for guests who are planning an individual campus visit. If you are attending for a Titan Preview, Titan Takeoff or other event, please refer to your specific confirmation materials for parking instructions on the day of your visit.

Temporary detour on Oshkosh Avenue/WI-21 due to construction from February 20, 2020 to June 2020:

  1. Take Interstate 41 to exit 117 (9th Avenue in Oshkosh).
  2. Head east on 9th Avenue about 1.5 miles and turn left on Ohio Street.
  3. Continue on Ohio Street over the bridge; the road will change to Wisconsin Street.
  4. Turn left on Algoma Boulevard and follow it to Lot #15, which will be on your left after you pass Blackhawk Commons (725 Algoma Boulevard for your GPS).

From Appleton, Green Bay and Other Points North (please see detour directions above)

  1. Take Highway 41S and exit at US-45S/Algoma Blvd.
  2. Head left on Algoma Blvd and continue straight through roundabouts.
  3. Stay to the left as Algoma Blvd turns into High Avenue (one-way street).
  4. Proceed straight through traffic light to High Avenue.
  5. Continue straight through campus. Turn left on Osceola St. Turn left onto Algoma Boulevard. You will park in Lot 15, which is located on your left by Blackhawk Commons.

From Fond Du Lac, Milwaukee and Other Points South (please see detour directions above)

  1. Take Highway 41N to Exit 119 for Omro Rd/WI-21.
  2. Head right off the highway toward Oshkosh Avenue. Continue straight through subsequent roundabouts.
  3. Turn right onto High Avenue.
  4. Continue straight through campus. Turn left on Osceola St. Turn left onto Algoma Boulevard. You will park in Lot 15, which is located on your left by Blackhawk Commons.

Please note that some highways, the City of Oshkosh and the UW Oshkosh campus may be experiencing construction. We suggest planning your travel to allow extra time in the event of delays. Please visit the Department of Transportation US 41 Project website for additional questions about road construction that may be specific to your route to campus.
