UW Oshkosh highly values students who have achieved outstanding academic and leadership success. Scholarships are one way the University recognizes high achievement.
Please note that for several scholarship opportunities, your application statement for admission into the University will function as your scholarship statement unless otherwise noted by the specific scholarship for which you are applying.
Searching and Applying for Scholarships
To view and apply for UWO scholarships, you will use our scholarship award system, which is called Academic Works. Students must be admitted to the University to apply for scholarships, but may browse scholarships at any point in the admissions process.
Academic Works is the main scholarship database for the University and includes all scholarships for both new and continuing students.
Instructions for Signing In to Academic Works:
- Visit http://uwosh.academicworks.com
- If you are a new user: select “Sign Up” in the upper right corner. (If returning, select “Sign In.”)
- You must use the email address you provided on your application for admission to sign up for your account. (Incoming freshmen who have paid their $100 tuition deposit and current UW Oshkosh students must use their uwosh.edu email account.)
