Determining Your Eligibility

Certain criteria exists to determine the types and amounts of federal aid a student may receive.

Applying for Aid

Determine if you are eligible for financial aid and walk through the application process.

Receiving Aid

Students must abide by certain federal guidelines in order to receive certain types of aid—primarily loans.

Accepting Loans

Learn about necessary steps of accepting loans, including entrance counseling and Master Promissory Notes (MPN).

Paying Your Bills

If a student’s aid does not cover the full cost of tuition, additional payments must be made to the Student Accounts Office.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

The purpose SAP is to ensure financial aid recipients are progressing toward graduation at an adequate pace.

Canceling or Changing Aid

Financial aid may be canceled if a student drops out of school or transfers to another college or university.
