Paying Your Bills
After you accept any or all of your financial aid award in TitanWeb, the aid will be electronically disbursed to your student account and applied toward tuition and other costs, such as room and board or lab fees (if applicable). The UW Oshkosh Student Accounts Office will send email notifications to all students deducts all the billed costs from your aid, such as tuition, room and board (if applicable).
Payment Deadlines
Each semester, students receive an email from the Student Accounts Office notifying the student billing information is available on his/her TitanWeb account. The bill is due in full by the indicated deadline. If the student is unable to pay the bill in full, he/she can sign up for the partial payment plan.
Fall Semester
- Late September: 10% of total tuition bill due
- Late October: 50% of remaining tuition balance due
- Late November: Tuition must be paid in full
Spring Semester
- Late February: 10% of total tuition bill due
- Late March: 50% of remaining tuition balance due
- Late April: Tuition must be paid in full
Changes in Enrollment
You may be billed for a portion (or all) of your financial aid if you drop below the minimum number of credits required for financial aid eligibility (6 undergraduate credits or 4.5 graduate credits). If you are planning to enroll as a part-time student (less than 12 credits) or are considering dropping a class, it is important to consult with a financial aid counselor.
