Paying Your Bills

After you accept any or all of your financial aid award in TitanWeb, the aid will be electronically disbursed to your student account and applied toward tuition and other costs, such as room and board or lab fees (if applicable). The UW Oshkosh Student Accounts Office will send email notifications to all students when bills are available on Titan Web.

Financial Agreement

Beginning Fall 2021 students will be required to sign a Financial Agreement prior to enrollment. This agreement details the financial responsibilities each student has when they enroll. The agreement also provides the student the opportunity to utilize our 3-installment payment plan.

Resources

Payment Deadlines

The Student Financial Services website also has a list of payment deadlines for each semester/term.

Credit Balances

For credit balances resulting from financial aid overpayment, a refund will be automatically generated for you from your student account. However, for those credit balances that are created from any other overpayment, you will need to request a refund at uwo.sh/refund-request.

Changes in Enrollment

You may be billed for a portion (or all) of your financial aid if you drop below the minimum number of credits required for financial aid eligibility (6 undergraduate credits or 4.5 graduate credits). If you are planning to enroll as a part-time student (less than 12 credits) or are considering dropping a class, it is important to consult with a financial aid counselor.
