The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Office of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity is a creative and collaborative resource that provides strategic solutions to human resource and workforce diversity matters. Our office has service as its main goal and works to apply continuous improvement principles to ensure compliance-driven results while remaining consistent with the directives contained in the University’s Strategic Plan. We believe in fostering a positive culture and an inclusive, diverse work environment that values the institution’s greatest asset, its people, and encourages the empowerment of faculty and staff.
The vision of the UW Oshkosh Office of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity is to be the most trusted and credible resource for the university on human resource and workforce diversity matters. We will function as:
- A valued internal consultant and leader ensuring support for practices and standards to engage employees for effective use of human, financial, technical, and physical resources; and
- Professionals that place a high value on collaborative relationships while recognizing the importance of individual contributions; and
- Strategic partners who are responsive to the diverse needs of all university employees.
